Vision, Mission, Objectives, and Targets

Vision

To be a humanum academic community that develops mathematics and its applications to elevate local potential on the international stage for the enhancement of human dignity and the integrity of creation.

Mission
  1. To provide high-quality higher education in mathematics that supports the development and application of science and technology for the enhancement of human dignity and the integrity of creation.
  2. To conduct impactful research in mathematics and its applications, disseminating results through teaching and community service to improve societal welfare for the enhancement of human dignity and the integrity of creation.
  3. To carry out community service activities for the enhancement of human dignity.
  4. To forge collaborations with domestic and international partners to enhance the relevance of teaching, research, and community service activities.
Objectives
  1. To produce graduates who:
  • cultivate healthy, noble character and uphold humanitarian values with compassion and integrity (affective);
  • collaborate openly and respectfully, adapting to diverse situations (cooperative);
  • develop mathematical potential and skills aligned with their interests for further study or professional practice (cognitive);
  • apply their expertise professionally and responsibly, adhering to ethical and professional codes (psychomotoric).
  1. To generate and disseminate mathematics research in line with UNPAR’s spirituality and core values (SINDU), leveraging local excellence internationally for the enhancement of human dignity and the integrity of creation.
  2. To contribute to the advancement of mathematics education and address societal challenges through relevant, solution-driven, and creative community services in Indonesia.
Targets

Academic Strategic Targets

  • A1. To enhance the quality of education and teaching so that graduates achieve all learning competencies in a timely manner and meet future skill demands.
  • A2. To improve faculty quality and performance to deliver teaching, research, and community service for the enhancement of human dignity and the integrity of creation.
  • A3. To increase the quantity and quality of research that yields significant breakthroughs for socio-economic development and environmental sustainability at local, national, and global levels.
  • A4. To expand and improve community service activities.

Organizational Strategic Targets

  • O1. To strengthen sustainable partnerships with stakeholders to develop curriculum, research, and internships, in order to ensure a link and match between graduates’ competencies and the demands of the job market, as well as to support graduates’ employment.
